Welcome to the beginning of a New Year of the continuation of CHANGE in our beloved nation. I am aware that Nigerians have experienced a number of significant hardships over the past months. Living in the State House has not alienated me from your daily sufferings. I am aware of the lengthy queues at fuel stations and of the difficulties businesses have faced in acquiring foreign exchange.
These challenges are only temporary; we are working to make things better. When I presented myself to you as a presidential candidate and asked you to vote for me, I wanted to be a leader who keeps his promises. I wanted to be a leader who restores the people's hope in those elected to serve them. I wanted to be a leader who initiates positive and enduring CHANGE.

I am still totally committed to being that kind of leader. Unforeseen circumstances and other distractions notwithstanding, I shall still do my utmost best to keep every promise I made to Nigerians during my election campaign. In the past seven months since our inauguration on May 29, 2015, my administration has focused on laying the right foundation for the CHANGE you voted for during our historic presidential election. Nigerians will in due course begin to enjoy the fruits of all our ongoing work.

The effective and efficient implementation of our 2016 budget proposals will address many of the socio-economic issues that are of current concern to our people. One area in which Nigerians, especially those in the northeast, have already begun to experience major CHANGE is in the war on terror. I commend our Armed Forces for significantly curtailing the insurgency which has ravaged the northeast of Nigeria over the past few years.

However, there is still a lot of work to be done in the area of security. Our Armed Forces will maintain, consolidate and build on their successes in the war against Boko Haram and violent extremism. This government will not consider the matter concluded until the terrorists have been completely routed and normalcy restored to all parts of the country that have been adversely affected by the Boko Haram insurgency.

Our crackdown on corruption will continue to be vigorously undertaken. I urge the courts to support our efforts and help in the recovery of stolen funds by speedily concluding trials and showing that impunity no longer has a place in our country.

There is much work to do in other areas as well and I have charged all my ministers and other appointees to ensure that Nigerians experience positive changes in their lives in 2016. We must reduce our country's reliance on oil. We must diversify our economy.

And we must do all we can to promote job creation. Our challenges are many but our determination to succeed is strong and unshaken. So too is our confidence in God. I wish you all a very

But if he does it he will surely release inside her and he's not ready to have a baby for now, that he can only do it raw when she has fully become his wife.. They have been dating for like 6months now, they have only made love about 4 times, but most times it always end up in quarreling between both because of the CD thing, though she works and stay far from him.

The pressure was becoming so much on him from this lady he love, so i advised him to take the lady to the hospital to run blood and pregnancy test on her, that's one condition you will only give to her before you can Make Love with her raw without using protection if she agrees, okay.

He called me on the phone after some days, he told me that his gf refused to follow him to the hospital, that she only brought a pregnancy test to show it to him that she is not pregnant. He was so confused, yet still blinded by real love for the lady.

But something in me kept telling me that the lady is up to something bad, so I have to do everything to make sure he stays away for sometime from the lady before he might fall into the lady request, so that I can be able to figure out what to do just to help him out.

I Finally figured out a way for us to be fully sure that she dont have any problem inside her, I told my friend to invite her during this xmas holiday, plead with her and tell her you are now ready to do raw love making without CD with her. She drank hers hoping to see me off, but after some few minute she started feeling dizzy, I knew it was the effect of the drug. She slept off, I quickly took little sample of her blood, I tested her blood immediately, you wont believe what i find out: The result was HIV Positive showing clear for we to see.

I did the test 4 times in front of my friend, still the same, he almost fainted. I check his, it showed Negative. This happened just days day ago, I stayed with him all the night, just to make sure he doesn't do anything nasty to the lady. She woke up after like 40min, she saw little stain of blood in one of her thumb, but couldnt take it serious.

She was so shock to see me, because she thought i have already gone home, she asked me wont i go home is already late in the night. I said, am sleeping here tonight because i have a lot to discuss with your guy. She changed her mood, she went inside the room to sleep, I and my friend were awake all through out in the parlor. Morning time, guess she faked an urgent call, she parked her things back inside her bag, demanded for some money, which my friend did gave her enough, off she went away.

I felt weak and down, for breaking there relationship and also for treating the lady in such manner in other to find out her hidden agenda..My conscience has been disturbing me, but my friend thanked me a lot and now sees me as a Guardian Angel....

Please Guys and Ladies, be very careful of who you want to have unprotected s*x with, HIV IS REAL and it is not written on each person's forehead!

On this day in 1903, physicist and mathematician John von Neumann was born in Budapest, Hungary. He was originally called Neumann János Lajos (in Hungarian the family name comes first). He was the eldest of three brothers. His father, Neumann Miksa (Max Neumann) was a banker.
In 1913, his father was elevated to the nobility for his service to the Austro-Hungarian Empire by Emperor Francis Joseph. The Neumann family thus acquired the hereditary appellation Margittai. Neumann János became Margittai Neumann János (John Neumann of Marghita), which he later changed to the German Johann von Neumann.
von Neumann was a child prodigy in the areas of language, memorization, and mathematics. As a 6-year-old, he could divide two 8-digit numbers in his head.By the age of 8, he was familiar with differential and integral calculus. At 15, he was studying advanced calculus and by 19, von Neumann had published two major mathematical papers, the second of which gave the modern definition of ordinal numbers. Over the next eight years he would publish an additional thirty major papers in mathematics.
He received his Ph.D. in mathematics (with minors in experimental physics and chemistry) from Pázmány Péter University in Budapest at the age of 22. Simultaneously he earned a diploma in chemical engineering from the ETH Zürich in Switzerland at his father's request, who wanted his son to follow him into industry.
Between 1928 and 1932, he taught as a Privatdozent at the University of Berlin. He also eventually came up with the idea of using more powerful shaped charges and less fissionable material to greatly increase the speed of "assembly" (compression). As an aside, much of this work in shock wave physics led to notable applications in astrophysics and aerodynamics.
Von Neumann wrote 150 published papers in his life; 60 in pure mathematics, 20 in physics, and 60 in applied mathematics. His last work, an unfinished manuscript later published as a book called "The Computer and the Brain," was written while he was in the hospital dying of cancer. He died on February 8, 1957. If you succed in jumping out, fine, if you dont succed, you will be buried alive, they use hot iron or axes to give you marks, all in the name of transforming you into a real man.. You dont ask yourself "what is the essence of these pains am passing through?", "how much salary will I be paid?", "where will this lifestyle lead me?", "if i die here, what will be my fate". All you want is to answer a 'deadly guy', 'cartel man' "badoo", you forget that if anything happens to you now, those friends who tell you that you are safe will abandon you. Life is too shor, the girls you are having sex with, you dont know where she belongs, she may be from the water. You are just taking in smoke into your body,
drinking poisons, codine, tramadol etc, things that will make your life shorter, in the name of "getting high".
Your heart is hardened that you cut your fellow human being with axe and matchet without mercy, you
shed blood without feelings, after all 'he is our enemy', which enemy is he?, which organisation/country are you fighting for?, do you know that there is only 1 life?, do you think that those charms will protect you forever?.. Now, take a look at your life, smoke, drink, go to operations, steal, go to night clubs, sleep with women, that's all. Do you ever think of your future?, the next thing you will say 'the government is corrupt,
yourself, how did you make your bed?, those people who make you feel like a Lord, one good day, death will come, your charms, gang, weapons, will not stop it. Try to visit mortuaries & see where bodies
which were very alive before are lying lifeless, hopeless & helpless. Nobody comes to bring them food, nobody comes to ask them "how are you doing", nobody comes to stay with them, nobody comes to visit them, they are abandoned there till the day they will be put inside the grave, where are the might, power, fame & connections they had?, their own has ended. 10 TRUE FACTS ABOUT THE IGBOS
1. Igbos are republican by nature. As a result, they dislike central,dictatorial leadership, and want sovereignty to rest with the people or their representatives instead of with one man. Hence the statement "Igbo enwee eze" (Igbos have no king). This is probably the reason why they find it difficult to respect their elders and those in authority.
2. A vast majority of Igbos believe in the existence of supernatural beings (God, gods, goddesses, spirit beings etc) that influence their lives on earth. And so they are highly religious and give their children names that mostly bear "chi" (originally meaning "god", but later, upon christianization, "God").
3. Igbos were originally traditional religious worshipers before westernization /christianization influenced them. Hence they have gods/goddesses like Amadioha, Agbara, Agwunsi etc. They also observe several cultural practices such as circumcision, "osu" caste system etc. In addition, many Igbos believe that their ancestry could be traced to their ancestor " Eri " who once lived around Aguleri/Umuleri axis(in the present Anambra State), and who migrated from Israel.
4. Igbos are naturally hardworking, talented and intelligent. However, although these traits could be traced back to their ancestors centuries ago, they became more prominent during and after the Civil War. As a result, they are found in virtually every part of the world doing all manner of things (the good, the bad, and the ugly) in order to overcome the severe challenges originally posed by the Civil War. Hence they believe in "survival of the fittest". This therefore creates the partially true impression that they love money so much and can do anything to get it. Of course they want to survive through any means possible.
5. An average Igbo man would not like to do anything that he will not benefit from. Hence he is ready to help or patronize a person who is from another tribe if he strongly believes that he will more likely gain from the stranger (even to the detriment of his Igbo brother). Eg he is more likely to patronize a Hausa man (than his fellow Igbo) if he believes the Hausa man will give him exactly what he wants (quality, quantity etc).
6. Igbos have so many dialects to the extent that a person who speaks dialect A may not be able to understand another person who speaks dialect B. However they will be able to understand each other when they speak Igbo Izugbe (Central Igbo).
7. Even though an average Igbo man may not like to pay special attention to learning or speaking his language, yet he will pay special attention to his Igbo name. (And that name MUST be meaningful.) This is why over 85% of Igbos bear Igbo names (first name, middle name and /or surname). This is another reason why Igbo names are perhaps the most popular local names in Nigeria.
8. In a bid to help him on his large farms, a typical Igbo ancestor would have a very large family comprising many wives and children. However due to current realities and the influence of Christianity, most Igbo men nowadays seem to have adopted the nuclear family system (one man, one wife, and children).
9. Igbos practice the patriarchal system of family (where the man is the head of the family and sons are of great value). As a result, traditionally, wives and daughters normally have no right of inheritance. But westernization is dealing a heavy blow on this age-long practice.
10. In Igbo land, "ji" (the yam) is regarded as the king of the farm; while the most culturally respected item is "oji " (the colanut).

This is a true story of an unforgettable near death experience I had on the night of 24th December, 2015 that changed my life forever. I decided to share this story here not because I want you to castigate me for my act (you can't castigate me more than I have castigate myself), but because I believe a lot of people will learn from it and thereby avoid the pitfall in the coming 2016.

It all began when I attended the night church service held in my village. I came a little late so I wasn't opportune to get a seat. I had to stand up for the mass. After standing in the cold for about an hour, my legs began to shiver, I decided to walk toward the church gate and back to stretch my near stiffed knees.

As I got to the gate, I stood for a while and then turn around to walk back when I heard a female voice from the dark corner of the gate; she said, "it's boring right? ". I walked toward her to get a clear view of who was talking; I saw a light skin girl sitting on a small flower pavement. I asked her "what's boring?". "The service , the night, everything" She replied.

It was obvious she wanted us to have a conversation, so I quickly sat down beside her...

To cut the story short, from our little conversation I got to know that her name is Aderoke, her father is from Ogun state while her mother is from my village. She was born and brought up in lagos and can't speak or understand Igbo language (meanwhile the service was coordinate in igbo language). This was few things I was able to get from her before she told me she was shivering due to the cold. As a sharp guy i reasoned she wanted me to cuddle her, so I told her to draw closer so I can hold her. Without hesitation she moved closer and placed her head on my shoulder while I placed my hand around her waist.

Everything went so fast, before I could say "bingo!" We were already into deep romance: kissing and groping. In the climax of it all she held me and whisper in my ear "sex me please". As I look around for a more hidden corner, a part of me was persuading me to control my urge that she could be an agent of darkness sent to destroy me, and another part of me was telling me not to lose the opportunity that she's just a lonely girl in need of some fun. I fell for the latter. I got a more hidden corner were we began to have it; first she bend low while I got on her back ; after awhile she suggested I sit on a pavement there while she climb on top.

Few minutes afterward, I felt a sudden sharp pain on my butt, I thought it was an ant or something similar, but the pain grew bigger. With a trembling voice I told her to stop and get down that I think something bit me, but she was so carried aways that she couldn't hear me out. As the pain kept increasing, I had to push her out of me. I stood up, flash my phone touch in the pavement and there was a long big snake rowed up. The strange girl screamed and ran away. By then I was already feeling dizzy and fainting, I managed to pull myself back into the church premises and disclose to someone that I have been bitten by a snake after which I lost conscious of myself. I heard I was even fuming from the mouth.

After 2 days of serious traditional treatment, I regained consciousness. When I was asked to explain how I got bitten by a snake in the church, I didn't know what to say. I can't believe I nearly lost my life because of a few minutes romp with a total stranger, it's a very shameful thing to tell your family. The only person i finally told the true of what transpired was a man of God; whom after praying, disclosed to me that the strange girl has a jealous spiritual husband who is a serpent. So the snake that bit me wasn't ordinary.

I believe God gave me a second chance for a reason. And I have sworn never to continue my careless lifestyle, I have given my life to God and anything premarital sex is not for me anymore. I know it's not easy to overcome temptation of premarital s*x, but I believe with pray and determination we can overcome anything.

Join me and thank God for my life, and at the same time learn from my story. For the sake of your family and loved ones, stop living a careless life. Stop sleeping around with strangers, so many people knowingly or unknowingly have spiritual spouse, some of who are viciously jealous. Sex is sweet, but life is sweeter.

Try and live a safe life in 2016. I pray God see us all through in Jesus name: Amen!

A 60-year-old man identified as Adewale Enoch has been arrested by the police for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old girl. A statement made by the State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Deputy Superintendent of Police, DSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi to journalists on Monday, disclosed that the incident occurred on Saturday, at Moborode area, Abigi, Ogun Waterside Local Government Area of Ogun State. 

"The police operatives attached to Abigi Division of the Ogun State police command have arrested one Adewale Enoch,60, for having unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl,12, on 26th December at 150hrs," he said

According to the statement, the suspect was arrested after the father of the victim reported to the police.

"The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State CP Abdulmajid Ali has directed that the case be transferred to the Department of Criminal Investigation and Intelligence, Eleweran, Abeokuta for further investigation and prosecution for the command has credible evidence to arraign the suspect," DSP Adejobi said.

"The police boss also appealed to parents and guardians to monitor their children or wards, as all hands must be on deck to eradicate this criminal, barbaric and inhuman act in our society," he added.

The Commissioner of Police on his part promised to continue the fight against child abuse, gender violence and other social vices that can expose children to dangers.

A NEW PRECEDENCE SET IN THE JUDICIARY

FGN, DSS and Nnamdi Kanu.
A New Precedence Set In The Judiciary.
Nnamdi Kanu said his previous trials had various outcomes that were abused or neglected by the office of the State Security Service, SSS.
Mr. Kanu therefore stated his outright objection to the trial in the court.
And the judge said he was standing down from the case, saying Mr. Kanu had the right to reject the trial, “after all justice is rooted on confidence”.
My Question is;
How can one disobey a court order and still want the victim to stand before a court of law and believe he will be given justice.
I personally feel Nnamdi Kanu has just set a new precedence in the Nigerian Judiciary with this landmark admittance from the judge.
With the statement from the judge, Kanu's lawyers can go ahead to file for contempt of Court against the DG of the DSS otherwise, anyone arraigned by the DSS may follow suite and claim lack of confidence in trial.
The DG of DSS should now immediately tender his resignation letter otherwise he must be invited to the ‪#‎NASS‬ to explain on whose order he is acting in disobedience to a competent court order.
If he fails to do so, then it becomes an indictment (which could also be an impeachable offence) against the President and C-in-C of the FRN who would prefer to look the other way while his appointee keep daring the judiciary.
Finally, I must say, the country is gradually being plunged into a state of anarchy and chaos by the APC led government where the rule of law is being disregarded.
The courts have ordered the unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu and it was not obeyed.
Henceforth, with this developments and precedents from the FG, citizens are equally at Liberty too to disobey any orders coming from the government.

Catastrophe was averted in Kaduna and other contiguous areas when troops of the Nigerian Army arrested 7 suspected Boko Haram terrorists bomb and Improvised Explosive making Devices (IEDs) specialists.

The terrorists were arrested in Kaduna after painstaking surveillance and proactive intelligence operations over a period of time.
From all indications, the suspects were in Kaduna to conduct suicide bombings, kill and maim innocent citizens in the state and other surrounding areas during the Christmas period.

Recall that recently in Maiduguri some of them were arrested while trying to detonate IEDs carried in food containers in public places.

The arrest of these suspects would no doubt assist in the fight against terrorism in the country, more so as the military have technically defeated the Boko Haram terrorists in the field, the terrorists have resorted to attacking soft targets through suicide bombings, IEDs and harassing attacks on isolated communities.

Therefore, the public is please requested to continue to be more vigilant and security conscious by reporting suspicious persons and their movements to security agencies.

This request has become necessary because the terrorists have resorted to mingling with the public across the country after sensing the futility of their encounter with troops in the northeast. Therefore, they adopt other methods of perpetuating violence in the society.

A young man identified as Anselm Ugwoke killed his father on Christmas Day in Enugu during a heated argument. The deceased is identified as Paulinus Ugwuoke, 60, from Imilike Agu in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu state. The spokesman for the Enugu State Police Command who confirmed the incident said the police were on the culprit's trail.
It was gathered that on December 25, at about 10pm, Anselm Ugwuoke had engaged the father with his friends in a serious exchange of words over a yet to be established issue and later resulted in the alleged hitting of the father with an object which left him unconscious and later was confirmed dead thereby throwing the community into mourning mood.

It was further gathered that having noticed what has happened,Anselm and his friends took to their heels. A full scale investigations have commenced into the alleged incident while manhunt on Anselm and friends have been intensified Just as the Elder brother to Anselm one Sunday Ugwuoke has expressed grief and surprise over the death of their father as allegedly occasioned by his younger brother and friends.

"I 'm still in shock over what has happened but i know that we will still get Anselm"
 Sunday said.

The body of the deceased is now deposited in a nearby hospital for post mortem examinations.

Why Most girls today have a male best friend they call "bestie". And these besties serve as the chief custodians of the girl's emotional garbage. Because of how generally open minded, straightforward, interesting and mature guys are, girls have grown to prefer having them closer to their hearts as friends instead of having regular female best friends.

1. Girls find it easier to be "just friends" with guys than vice-versa. In 7/10 of cases, the male bestie usually has hidden feelings for the female bestie. When a guy has feelings for a girl and she got problems with her relationship and she asks that guy for some advice, man, out of jealousy, he is most likely to give the girl an advice toxic to the girl's relationship like- "forget it, he's not meant for you"

2. There are lots of Emotions transferred through problem sharing:
See, when you find yourself really comfortable sharing your problems with someone, it heightens the emotional connection between the both of you. When you share your personal problems with a guy it increases the intimacy between you two. So when you have a boyfriend but you feel more comfortable talking to another guy about your problems and he's giving a listening ear, you both start developing some kind of intimacy you wouldn't believe. And if care isn't taken, that intimacy might develop into feelings.

3. A girl is most vulnerable when she's all emotional crying to meet a male buddy of hers telling him about her heartache. Bae, if the guy wants to take advantage of you at that moment, even Karashika can't help you. When a girl is hurt she's most likely to cry to a close male friend of hers especially when the boyfriend caused the hurt. At that point she is weak as shit and she needs succor. In many cases I've seen, the guy let's her cry on his shoulder and the lips just gets locked and....

4. In most cases, the bestie is the funnier one-
Girls are automatically more attracted to a guy when he's funny. And believe me, girls prefer to spend more time with a funny person than a boring boyfriend. So in most cases the girl spends time texting or talking with her funny-as-shit bestie rather than her always uptight super-busy boyfriend. Aside the intimacy that grows from talking to constantly with a particular person, funny guys will make a girl laugh so much the girl don't even realize when she pulls her panties.

5. It creates an unnecessary competition between your boyfriend and your bestie:
It gets to a point when your bestie becomes jealous of your boyfriend and your boyfriend becomes insecure about your bestie. Infact at one point both parties would accuse you of choosing the other one over him.

6. It's easier to cheat with your male bestie than with anyone else:
You both get playing and one thing leads to the other and you both kiss. Nothing attached... "just kiss". Doesn't seem harmless though but then you realize that no matter how casual the kiss was, you cheated already. And when you do this habitually it develops from a harmless kiss into something deeper and before you know it, you become something like "friends with benefits".

7. You are most likely to develop feelings for your bestie because you only see the good side of him.
He's like everything your boyfriend isn't. He has time to listen to your problems, he generally pays more attention to you, he's usually funnier. So you might get carried away by his charms because you only see that good part of him he shows you. When you fall for him and maybe you had to end your relationship because of him, you realize that he wasn't much better than your boyfriend.

We are Biafrans. We demand for the unconditional release if our leader . The director of Biafra tv/Radio Biafra, leader of IPOB worldwide NNAMDI KANU who was kidnapped by the Nigeria (DSS) on 17th of October 2015.
We demand for the release of all Biafrans in Nigeria prison , we demand to have our own Nation Biafra from this British/Nigeria evil created country . We are been killed on a daily bases, we re been secretly arrested on a daily bases . They kill us without any reason simply because we are Biafrans.
We have not better life amenities in Biafra land which Nigeria called SOUTH/SOUTH and SOUTH/EAST . We are been neglected and treated as second class citizens in our own fathers land.
Our land is under siege , Hausa/Fulani herds men are killing our people and raping our sisters and mothers in the farm, their cattle is destroying our crops .our future is not guaranteed in Nigeria . we are been subjugated to economical destitute . We are scavenging across the globe.We are not asking for a land that belongs to Oduduwa people neither do we seek for the land of the ARIWAS.
All we ask for is our own LAND ( BIAFRA) we want to be free and rule our selves. Nigeria expired since 31st December 2013 and according to the amalgamation accord of 1914, Nigeria was designed to last for only 100 years after which every region that wish to secede has the right to do so. A commuter train on today Sunday December 6th plowed into a parked passenger bus at a railroad crossing in Indonesia's capital of Jakarta, leaving 14 people dead and 10 seriously injured.

According to Tambora neighbourhood police chief, Wirdhanto, the bus driver ignored the warning signals when he crossed the rail tracks and was rammed by the train. Wirdhanto said that 13 people died instantly while one died in a hospital. He added that none of passengers on the train headed to Jakarta's neighbouring town of Bogor with about 400 passengers, were hurt.
